FOR ONLINE ORDERS
RETURNS & EXCHANGE APPLICABLE CONDITION ACTION
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact. Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues for apparels and are subject to product availability.
Please note that the standard shipping fee charged on the order is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only for the product value, excluding any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

MISSING ITEMS Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items Accepted
DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. Accepted
ALTERED PRODUCTS No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer. Not Accepted
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order, The customer can cancel the order after sharing cancellation code with the delivery executive, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate a store credit or a bank refund for prepaid orders.

FAILED QUALITY CHECK ON RETURN If a returned product fails our internal quality check, the return or exchange request will be denied. The same product will be sent back to the customer Not Accepted
INCORRECT PRODUCT SENT BY CUSTOMER If the customer returns a wrong product, Farida Gupta will not be liable for the incorrect item received. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to reclaim it. If the customer wishes to have the same product sent back to them, courier charges must be paid at the time of delivery or they may choose to self-pick up the item. The correct item must then be sent to us at the customer’s own cost. Not Accepted

Tags should be intact, and the product should be unused. Accepted
