Farida Gupta Shipping & Delivery Policy


Farida Gupta Retail Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “FG”) is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 15 working days. FG makes all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end user(s) in a timely fashion and in good condition. , To achieve our endeavours, we have partnered with reputed logistics companies for the deliveries.

Delivery Charge

FG levies a non-refundable shipping charge which may vary per the weight of the shipment. FG partners with reputed third party logistic service providers, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users, however FG shall not be liable for any delays in delivery of product(s) which may be caused by the Logistic provider. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email along with the tracking number for their parcel. The approximate date of delivery may be provided by the third party Logistic Partner to FG and is only indicative in nature.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with the zip code to aid the delivery. FG, under no circumstances, shall be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

Prepaid Order(s):

Currently, FG is only accepting prepaid order(s). At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), we request our customers to enter their zip-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their respective area(s). If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of FG, FG will not be able to process the order further.

Customs and Import Duties on International Shipment:

The customers may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the shipping destination. These duty/tax(s), as imposed, may vary from country to country. Kindly note that FG do not take any duty/tax(s), if applicable, in advance from its customers. Further, if such duty/tax(s) are applicable to the customer’s order, the Logistics Partner(s) of FG will directly get in touch with the customer for carrying out the necessary payment(s) and the same shall be payable before the delivery of the Product(s).

Order Delivery Timelines:

Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of the customer placing the order. Upon the successful placing of an order and after FG has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email. The end user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‘My orders’ section of FG website.

Most orders are delivered within 15 working days. While FG shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, however there might be delays due to extraneous factors like:

  • Unsuitable weather conditions.
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.
  • Acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, FG shall make reasonable attempt at intimating the end user by informing them on their end user’s registered email ID. Further, FG shall be under no obligation to compensate the end user for any kind of delay, mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.

What if I have received the product in damaged condition?

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
