Important Update: Slight Delay in Deliveries

Dear FG Family,
Over the years, we’ve experienced firsthand, the benefits of healthy communication. Grateful for your insightful feedback and appreciation that we’ve been receiving with open ears and arms alike, we feel the need to continue reciprocating with regular correspondence and unmatched customer experience.
Orderly updates and announcements will remain a constant feature of our style of working. After all, transparency and honest communication are key values at FG.
As for this week’s update, we’re in the process of shifting our warehouse facilities to a bigger space. The intent behind this is to smoothen the Quality Check and Dispatch process, with the net result being quicker deliveries. The reason this shift was planned for this week is for us to be suitably prepared for the launch of our Annual Winter Collection launching on Thursday, 1st December.
While we’ll collectively feel the benefits of this relocation only over the course of time, a temporary short-term impact that we are presently battling with is delayed dispatches. Physically transferring each piece to their new home has been a laborious task; utmost care has to be taken to ensure not a single piece is damaged. To streamline dispatches, all hands are on deck; even our corporate team has rolled up their sleeves to facilitate the process. The presently live Pre-Winter SALE has shot up our order flows to unprecedented levels, adding to our operational challenges. This crunch situation has set our dispatch timelines back- we’re looking at a 7-day dispatch window for the time being.
While most of you would have received your orders by the time you’re reading this, a few of you must still be looking forward to the arrival of your FG parcels, despite the long wait already. This is definitely not the experience we envisioned for you; caught off-guard by your overwhelming love and a series of operational circumstances, we find ourselves in this situation. Having said that, this is no excuse; we acknowledge we could have planned better. We promise to improve. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the current situation. We are working with all hands on deck to rectify it at the earliest.
