Dear FG Family,

We hope you and your loved ones are doing well and keeping safe. In these challenging times, it is of utmost importance for us to be there for each other- a feeling we’ve imbibed collectively over the past few months. Our concerted efforts of sharing helpful information pertaining to COVID related aid, assistance and resources have started to gain momentum. Thank you for always rising to the occasion.

Unfortunately, the current situation is still bleak- resulting in extensions of lockdowns and curfews across various states, including Delhi (location of our facilities). In line with the latest Govt. Guidelines, our warehouses are likely to reopen on 2nd May 2021 until further notice. While there are other establishments that have resumed deliveries, our conscience does not allow us to expose even a single FG stakeholder to the risk. For us, safety is top priority.

We assure you we will reciprocate your continued support, patience and understanding with exceptional products and prioritized deliveries as soon as the situation improves.

Faced with an initial dilemma of carrying on with our weekly launches, the resounding encouragement we have received from you last week has made our decision ever so easy. Sticking to our core purpose of existence - ‘handcrafting happiness’, we will be proceeding with our weekly launches in a bid to create a semblance of normalcy and change that we all can definitely do with.
