A Mother’s Day Initiative

Ordinarily, today would have been just another weekend. This would have been a regular website visit. By the end of it, you might have made a customary FG purchase- The usual. But, as it is known across the world, these are not regular circumstances. Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures.

At FG, we live by the motto of ‘Handcrafting Happiness’, which for the time being, is taking the form of ‘Curating Care’.

A time when selflessness is extended with relentless fervour, one can’t help but be reminded of those who introduced us to this emotion- Our Mothers. With Mother's Day around the corner, it seemed like a befitting occasion to introduce our new COVID relief campaign. Let’s come together once again, to lend our support to those who have become an embodiment of unconditional care in these trying times- Our frontline workers. Our COVID warriors.

Needless to say- To our doctors, medical workers, nurses, pharmacists, delivery personnel, defence forces, volunteers, etc; the list is endless... To all our COVID warriors, we shall remain indebted forever.

As part of the ongoing efforts of the FG Family in the current circumstances, we have decided to amplify our collective contributions. Starting 6th May through 9th May, 50% percent of our sale proceeds will be distributed to various NGOs for the procurement of medicines, protective equipment, oxygen supply, hospital beds and to provide financial aid to COVID affected families.
