Thank you for making us a part of your celebrations. We’re truly humbled by the love and appreciation showered upon us by our growing FG family. Despite our best efforts to ensure timely deliveries, we’re aware of the slight inadvertent delays you might have faced. Overburdened by the festive rush, our logistics partners’ were struggling to honour their committed timelines. Constant follow-ups had become a daily routine, and the situation was beyond our control. Unable to keep up with the self-sufficient, independent logistics networks of marketplaces, we were compelled to depend on third-party logistics teams for our deliveries.

Nevertheless, this was most definitely not the experience we had envisioned for you. Always looking for ways to improve ourselves, especially on the customer experience front, we’ve started to make amends. Effective immediately, we’ve onboarded more delivery partners. We’re also working on faster turnaround times internally to prepare ourselves better for such unavoidable situations that might arise in the future. While we do so, we cannot thank you enough for all your understanding and encouragement.
