Nothing is more important to us than the well-being of our FG family - our customers and our team alike. As an entity responsible for the livelihood of over 2000 artisans, we took a conscious call of continuing with certain operations over the past few weeks - working with limited manpower.

However, with the steady surge of cases across the country and our vicinity likewise, we have decided to completely close all our facilities temporarily. The Delhi Govt. too has imposed a temporary curfew in a bid to curtail the spread - A commendable move to make safety a top-priority.

In light of the same, slight delays in deliveries are expected. We assure you that shipping will resume on priority once the situation improves and restrictions are lifted. Overwhelmed by all the requests in the form of messages, phone calls and emails, we have gone ahead with this week’s launch.

To quote a customer- “Your launches have been a weekly dose of happiness, excitement and positivity that we need” sums up the core purpose of our existence, now more than ever.

To honour the commitment, we will continue accepting orders on our website.

Additionally, over the next few days, we pledge to extend our support by working on a database of information pertaining to the availability of COVID-related resources, aid and assistance in and around your areas. The information we are compiling is being shared with us by valued members of the FG Family such as yourselves. Thank you ever so much for stepping up in such huge numbers to help those in need.
