We bring good news. After weeks of an operational stand-still, we have resumed shipping orders.

Domestically, we are now delivering to Green, Orange and Red Zones. Deliveries in Containment Zones will resume later, in line with further Govt. guidelines. Additionally, all international orders are also being shipped.

At FG, safety is of utmost importance. Multiple precautionary measures are being taken every step of the way while handling your order(s). To enlist a few:

1. Basic training workshops to spread awareness about the situation have been cascaded to each department over video-calls.
2. Comprehensive safety measures and guidelines regarding product handling and warehouse operations have been instituted.
3. Thermal screening of all employees entering our facilities is mandatory. Furthermore, no visitors are allowed to enter our premises.
4. Our entire premises is sanitized thoroughly every 2 hours.
5. Wearing face-masks and gloves is compulsory at all times across all our facilities.
6. Multiple hand-sanitizers have been installed at various locations in our warehouses.
7. Only a few members of our warehouse team have been called in to process the dispatching of orders, while the other teams are continuing to work from home.
8. Each member of the warehouse team is seated at least 6 feet apart from each other at all times. Social Distancing is being adhered to with utmost sincerity.
9. The pick-up agents from our logistics partners are also wearing face-masks and gloves at all times.
10. It is mandatory for all employees to download and install the Aarogya Setu app in accordance with the Govt. guidelines.
