We hope you and your loved ones are doing well and keeping safe.

Week on week, the numbers don’t seem to budge. The COVID menace still looms large. Unfortunately, the situation is yet to improve for most cities- resulting in extensions of lockdowns and curfews across various states, including Delhi (location of our facilities).

Lockdown Update:

Govts. have understandably put public health and well-being before all else with even stricter curfews in place. As a result, in line with the latest revision to the Govt. Guidelines, our warehouses are likely to reopen on 17th May 2021, until further notice. Even though our eagerness to resume operations (with limited manpower) is growing with each passing day, we will continue to abide by the prevalent healthcare guidelines.

Launch Update:

In order to keep our design boards fresh, we work on fairly short production cycles. At FG, our garments are handcrafted only a few weeks prior to their designated launch. With the curfews being instated almost a month ago, our weekly launches have been affected- for this week as well. Always striving to offer a customer-first experience, we are working tirelessly to be able to continue accepting orders on our website.

Thank you for offering us and our fellow organizations your immeasurable patience and understanding as we figure out our course of action on a day-to-day basis in these unprecedented times.

Pending Orders Update:

While we realize that the wait to receive your order is growing longer with each passing day, we sincerely request you not to make changes to your previous order(s). Your continued support is enabling us to function to the best of our abilities in these difficult circumstances. We would like to assure you that we will resume shipping operations on priority once the curfews are lifted.
